Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Cut fabric cannot be returned for change of mind as it is made to your specifications.
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including any shipping costs. Please include a photo of the issue when contacting us.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at info@patchnquilt.com.au or call (03) 5420 7033 with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Gift Cards and Subscriptions
Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Fabric club subscriptions are managed on a month to month basis and can be cancelled before the next billing cycle but previous payments are not refundable.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
